"I would like to call out the exceptional service of Ms. Gisela in resolving an issue I noticed during the renewal, recently. My son was erroneously listed as the main driver on two of the three cars (instead of one), thus resulting in increased premium. Gisela immediately opened a ticket with SF, followed it up and gave me a call when it resolved. I got a refund for the excess amount paid for both the prior periods. Really like the courteous service provided by the staff of Susan Collins SF Agency every time I visited them. I highly recommend them."

"Gonna leave this 1 star review as a place holder to see how my call tomorrow morning goes...maybe I'll update it after that. Been calling bi-weekly since January to sort out what I see as a minor issue, and I keep getting the run-around. Today, I've received notice, via mail(and after no further communications), they've willy nilly forgot the 27 times I've given them my odometer reading, dropped my "reduced rating factor" and raised my 6mo premium by $300. Interesting play on their part since I've had both car and house with them since 2017."
