"I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this State Farm office. They are extremely unresponsive unless they need something related to my money. When I actually need help or support, messages go unanswered. Back in October, Carmen promised to credit my account but failed to do so. I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I’ve been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it’s inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office."

"I received a quote in which I proceeded to get a policy. A day before stating the policy the price changed adding more than 50%of the premium. I was never given a proper explanation of why the underwriter wanted to add over 50% to the premium. I had paid the premium as the previous quoted. I I immediately cancelled the policy, and then I was told to wait 30 day for a refund cheque that would be mailed to me. Total wasted time and loss money for a month. I proceeded to go to the office of Susan Collins and asked to speak to Susan. I was told Susan couldn't and would not speak to me, and I was told there's nothing they could do and that I'd have to call State Farm's office."

We confirmed that our office cancelled your policy promptly upon your request. However, the refund process is handled by State Farm Corporate’s billing department, which can take up to 30 days. We value your business and regret that this experience did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
