☀️🏡🚗🏍️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Hello! I’m Susan Collins, your dedicated State Farm agent, and I’m glad you’re here. I’ve spent my life in Orlando, FL, and for more than 37 years, I’ve built my career with State Farm around helping neighbors feel confident about protecting what matters most. Since opening my office in March 1992, it has truly been an honor to serve the Good Neighbors of Central Florida with care, consistency, and personal attention.

The most rewarding part of being a State Farm Agent is working alongside individuals and families as their needs change over time. Whether you’re preparing for a new driver with Auto Insurance, settling into a new place with Home Insurance or Renters Insurance, or thinking about how Life Insurance can support the people you love, I’m here to offer guidance you can have confidence in. Our office also supports Business Insurance needs, helping local owners protect what they’ve worked so hard to build. We proudly serve customers throughout Orlando, Avalon, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes, and all of Florida, including those relocating from another state and getting established in the area.

Our office is bilingual, and we’re happy to assist customers and families who prefer to speak Spanish. Staying connected to the community is important to me, and I’m proud to be the 2nd longest‐serving member of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active supporter of the Keri Anne Demott Foundation. These connections keep me closely tied to the people and neighborhoods we serve every day.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me cheering on our local college football team as a season ticket holder, spending time outdoors water‐skiing, or capturing meaningful moments through photography. We’re also a dog‐loving office, and you may even meet a furry friend when you stop by. To support fellow pet lovers, we also offer Pet Insurance to help care for the animals that mean so much to our families.
